Dieter Franczuszki, DVM, MS

Dr. Franczuszki has extensive training in veterinary orthopedics and small animal anesthesiology. After completing his formal veterinary education at Ludwig Maximillians University in Munich, Germany in 1977, he took his surgical residency at the same institution and continued as Assistant Professor of Surgery. After receiving his accreditation in veterinary surgery, he entered his second surgical residency at Kansas State University and was awarded his Master of Science degree in small animal surgery from KSU in 1986. Dr. Franczuszki came to work with Dr. Lincoln J. Parkes at Veterinary Orthopedic Services that year and became the hospital owner in late 1989 when Dr. Parkes retired from full-time practice. Dr. Franczuszki is a member of the Veterinary Orthopedic Society. His practice is limited to orthopedic surgery and neurosurgery.
